Our refund policy lasts 30 days that covers defective items or items damaged in transit. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Any brand new product can be returned for a refund . Please include your order number as well as the reason for your return; they will schedule the return and provide you with the necessary information to move forward. Note, shipping charges are non-refundable.

LittleCozy Shop™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Little Cozy shop™ will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
